With inquiries befitting our first ever 20/20 CE MarketPulse Survey, we asked the questions via Jobson Research, and you provided the incredibly valuable answers. We asked you, the optician and optical technician to let us hear your voice. In this first of what will now be an annual survey, we asked opticians and optical techs to tell us about how they use and digest our CE courses at 20/20. We asked about their CE license requirements, and we asked for help in developing and delivering relevant, interesting and engaging content.
Thanks to all who participated in this survey, and we would hope this develops even further in exploring the needs and insight offered via the exchange of professionals working with professionals. METHODOLOGY
The 20/20 CE MarketPulse Survey 2019 is based on data collected from structured email interviews with 301 opticians and optical technicians. The samples were derived from the proprietary Jobson Optical Research Database. All interviews were conducted in August 2019.
