Jillian Urcelay: Can you share the design inspiration behind Modo’s Legacy Collection?
Rebecca Giefer: Modo’s Legacy Collection was inspired by Modo’s own design heritage going back to the ’90s. The thin single-wire look made out of a premium material like titanium was Modo’s aesthetic from the beginning. It is exciting for us to celebrate our heritage with this collection.
What special highlights and features can we see from the fall/winter release?
Highlights for the fall/winter release include model 9008, a soft CatEye offered in
matte rose gold, matte light gold, light lavender and silver. All four colorways have a
sophisticated finish and feel.
What trends do you see making big waves this upcoming season?
Active eyewear is a huge trend right now and looking ahead. It seamlessly blends
sporty aesthetics with everyday wearability.
